EQ for Personal Leadership (2 days)
Course Overview:
If aliens landed on earth and studied our society they would be surprised to learn that we have a systematic way of developing IQ through our public schools, but we leave EQ, or the way we handle our emotions for better communication and relationships, completely to chance. Some people get these skills and others don’t. The ones that do enjoy happiness and fulfilled lives in relationship with friends, family, and community and the ones that don’t end up unhappy and struggle with life. What if we don’t learn emotional skills as children? Can we learn them as adults?
Come learn what it means to be ‘intelligent’ about emotions with David Cory. You will have the opportunity to learn tools, techniques, games, activities, and approaches that will help make your job more enjoyable, increase your effectiveness, deal with stress and difficult situations, and have more fun!
